What is Loll Furniture made out of?
For the most part Loll Designs products are made from 100% recycled High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is the same material as the #2 recyclable plastics (i.e. milk jugs, etc) that you take out to curb every week (or at least should be). Loll uses Richlite as a tabletop material. Richlite is a unique environmentally friendly wood fiber composite that is made for outdoor applications.
Will my Loll Furniture fade or need to be painted or stained?
NO! The HDPE that Loll uses will not fade or change color. The natural color Richlite material we use for our table tops will patina over time but will still look good. You will never have to paint or stain Loll Furniture.
What kind of maintenance will I have to do to keep my Loll Furniture looking good?
NONE! Leave it out year round, hose it off with a garden hose in the spring and enjoy. It’s that easy. Loll Furniture will not, fade, warp, rot, require paint or stain or any on going maintenance to keep its beautiful appearance so you can spend more time relaxing.

How difficult is it to assemble Loll Furniture?
Loll furniture is shipped flat pack to save on costs and resources. We have gone to great lengths to make our furniture assembly very simple. Your shipment will include easy to follow instructions and any tools that you need to assemble your furniture.
What makes Loll Furniture green?

What does the plastic feel like?
The plastic we use has a texture very closely resembling an orange peel.
How much does an Adirondack Style Chair weigh?
The Medium Chair weighs 35 lbs., the Large Chair weighs 48 lbs, and the Extra Large weighs 55 lbs.
Is it safe to use/keep my loll furniture by a fire pit?
Yes! Just don’t throw it in the fire. The melting point of the poly used in our furniture is 275°F – which means if you do have a problem with melting, you’ve got bigger problems to worry about first, like the fact that your legs are on fire.

What are my Payment Options?
Loll currently accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards and payment by check. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information via SSL.
Can I phone in my order?

Can I fax my order?
Yes, you may fax your order to Loll Sales fax: 218.525.2850. Please be sure to include your email address. Your order will be confirmed via email or return fax upon receipt.
Will I be taxed?
Loll is required by law to charge sales tax on orders SHIPPED TO Minnesota state addresses, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states.

Loll Designs utilizes the latest technology for shopping and ecommerce security. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information is stored in encrypted format at all times. Your credit card information is stored only on Authorize.net one of the most trusted electronic payment gateways. This website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system. Visa and MasterCard also take significant security measures to protect your information and prevent fraud.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order. Since loll Designs custom builds each order, it can take up to two weeks for your order to ship. We strive to be energy efficient while creating as little waste as possible. To meet these goals, some orders are held until the following "programming day" in order to group as many parts as possible into each sheet of HDPE. However, some items have longer lead times, including custom orders that may take up to 10 weeks. Please contact

How and where do you ship?
Deliveries to the 48 contiguous states and Canada will be made via FedEx Ground, UPS or by common carrier depending on the overall weight of your order. We offer low flat rate shipping fees of $24 per item to the US and US$24 per item plus GST and Brokerage to Canada. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes; you must provide a street address. Loll Designs does not provide installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses. Installation, assembly or physical delivery of furniture into residences or businesses may be available through the shipping company. Any costs for these services are the responsibility of the purchaser and not Loll Designs. Some Loll Designs furniture requires some assembly.

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes we do! Customer will be responsible for $24 per item shipped plus a $20.00 brokerage fee and 5% GST. All packages will be shipped by UPS Ground. All prices are in US Dollars.

Can I expedite my order?
You may expedite your order with an additional fee based on shipping costs and the size of your order. If you are interested in this option, please call customer service at 1-877-740-3387.
Can I pick up my order from Loll Designs?
Yes. If you are in Duluth, MN please contact us if you would like to pick up your order.
Are your shipments insured against damage?
Yes. Every shipment is insured against damage and we request that you carefully inspect your merchandise upon receipt and notify us immediately if you notice any damage due to transit. To successfully expedite any damage claim, you must keep the original packing material that the item(s) arrived in and print the words, "Damaged Upon Arrival" next to where you sign for the merchandise. Digital or traditional photographs can also be very helpful tools in assisting us to expedite a damage claim.

What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?
We want you to be happy with your new product! Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we will go out of our way to accommodate your returns as best we can. For most items*, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Loll will be happy to process a return for you within 10 days of receipt of item. Before returning an item, please contact to obtain return instructions. For warranty claims, see our warranty page.
Items returned must be in their original condition, unassembled in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. The return must be post-marked within 10 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to Loll DESIGNS. Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned not including shipping fees. Items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or missing parts. If the item is not in new condition when returned, the customer will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping. To avoid any confusion, please refer to the refund grading scale below.

Please be aware that furniture is highly susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been worn during the original trip out to you. If you are returning the item, please ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. You are responsible to ensure the item is returned safely to Loll DESIGNS.

What if my product is damaged upon arrival?
Be sure to inspect all packages for damage before signing for the package. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Loll DESIGNS as soon as possible. If you are not available at the time of delivery and cannot reject a damaged shipment, keep all components of the delivery and contact or 877-740-3387 x106. We will request a photo of the damaged product as well as the packaging. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.
If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact or 877-740-3387 x106. Please do not send these items back prior to contacting Loll DESIGNS. Loll must receive goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. We cannot accept collect deliveries (COD’s).

How can I tell what a chair feels like before ordering?
Of course we each have our favorite chair, and "comfort" is highly subjective. Loll has gone to great lengths to create comfortable and extremely well built chairs. Before placing a large order, some designers have purchased one sample and then completed the order upon obtaining client approvals of the chair.
