Where else can I buy Loll products?

Our products are also sold by independent retailers throughout the United States and Canada. Check out our Store Locator to find a store near you. Friends in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada must call us directly to place orders and do not qualify for free shipping promotions.

How long will it take to receive my order?

To keep our production facility as efficient as possible, most Loll products are made to order. Our current production timeline is approximately 8 weeks plus transit time (approximately 3-5 business days). When your order leaves our facility you will receive an email with an order tracking number.

What are my payment options?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We won't charge your card until we ship your product!

Will my order be taxed?

If your order is shipping to a Minnesota address we are required to collect sales tax.

How do I find the status of my order?

Call or e-mail us! We'll be happy to check up on it.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order within five business days of placing your order. Please remember we do make all orders made to order; we do not keep an inventory of stock. If you do need to cancel your order after five business days, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do you offer color swatches?

Yup. Please call or e-mail us with a good ship-to address and your requested sample will be sent to you free of charge.

Missing product assembly instructions?

Doh! All assembly instructions are available and downloadable on each individual product page on www.lolldesigns.com.

  • Who designs your products? +

    We do! We also work with outside designers from time to time, including Eric Pfeiffer, Christopher Douglas, Eva Sobesky, and Studio Murmur.

  • What kind of material is Loll made out of? +

    Loll products are made with 100% recycled high-density polyethylene (HDPE) which is the same material as the #2 plastics (i.e. mostly milk jugs) that you take out to the curb every week. Milk jugs are used due to their lack of pigment so another color can be created.

  • Is there ultraviolet (UV) stability in Loll material? +

    Yes. Loll products are manufactured with a highly weatherable HDPE sheet. Our post consumer resin includes a superior UV additive designed for plastics that improves exterior durability, greatly reducing characteristic surface degradation caused by sunlight and other UV light sources. Pigments / color concentrates are also added that are formulated with the best weathering pigments available in the market in a particular color-space.   • Is fading covered under warranty? +

    No. The sun is very hard on materials that have constant direct exposure and we cannot guarantee the material will not change over time. However, as noted above, the HDPE that Loll uses has a UV stabilizer and is very resistant to fading. Darker colors are naturally more resistant than lighter colors. The color is not a finish coat; it is a pigment embedded in the material.

    Some pieces use Richlite natural paper composite. Richlite will patina as it weathers and the lighter, natural colored material will redden or turn grayish. Black will remain black for years but with some apparent weathering. You will never have to paint or stain Loll Furniture.

  • What kind of maintenance will I have to do to keep my Loll Furniture looking good? +

    NONE! Loll furniture will not warp, rot, require paint or stain or any ongoing maintenance to keep its bea-u-tiful appearance. It is a good idea to occasionally inspect the furniture fastening to ensure bolts are not loosening. Daily expansion and contraction caused by heating and cooling can occasionally loosen hardware.

  • How should I clean my Loll Furniture? +

    Mostly you will find a simple hose-off will do the trick. If there is a little more dirt, a simple wet rag and natural spray cleaner should be sufficient to keep Loll furniture clean. Microfiber towels work great! If there is dirt embedded in the texture, you can do well with a mild soap and water and a stiff but gentle bristled brush. You can power wash your furniture if you like that sort of thing.

  • Is it safe to use / keep my Loll Furniture by a fire pit? +

    Yes! Just don't throw it in the fire. The melting point of our material is 275°F - which means if you do have a problem with melting, you've got bigger problems to worry about first... like the fact that your legs are on fire.

  • How do Loll products ship? +

    Loll furniture is shipped knocked down, flat-packed to save on costs and resources. We have gone to great lengths to make our furniture assembly very simple. Your shipment will include easy-to-follow instructions and any tools that you need to assemble your furniture.

  • How long will it take to receive my order? +

    To keep our production facility as efficient as possible, most Loll products are made to order.   • How much does shipping cost? +

    Loll charges a minimal shipping fee of 7% of the total cost of shipment. Some oversized items are shipped on a pallet and require a special shipping method. Please call us for a shipping details and quotes.

  • Do you offer expedited shipping? +

    Most Loll products ship in 3-5 business days. To inquire about possible expedited shipping options, please call Customer Service at 877-740-3387 x 1 or email for a quote.

  • Can I pick up my order? +

    Absolutely! Select "pick up" when you place your order... and we'll contact you when it's complete.

  • What if something arrives damaged? +

    Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact Loll as soon as possible. If you are not available at the time of delivery and cannot reject a damaged shipment, keep all components of the delivery and contact or 877-740-3387 x1.

    We will request a photo of the damaged product as well as the packaging. We will file a damage claim with the shipper and ship a replacement as soon as possible.

    If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact or 877-740-3387 x1. Please do not send these items back prior to contacting Loll. Loll must receive goods in new condition to fully credit you for the return or exchange. We cannot accept collect deliveries (COD's).

Returns
  • Our Return Policy +

    We want you to be happy with your new product! Customer satisfaction is very important to us so we will go out of our way to accommodate your returns as best we can. For most items*, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, Loll will be happy to process a return for you within 10 days of receipt of item. Before returning an item, please contact to obtain return instructions. For warranty claims, see our warranty page.

    Items returned must be in their original condition, unassembled in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. The return must be post-marked within 10 days of receiving the item. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise, you will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.

    Pending inspection, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned not including shipping fees. Items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if items are found damaged or missing parts. If the item is not in new condition when returned, the customer will be charged a restocking and/or re-boxing fee based on the missing items and its condition. If you refuse the delivery of a package without prior consent, you will be charged for return shipping. To avoid any confusion, please refer to the refund grading scale below.

    • Any cosmetic marks, stains, burns, scuffs, rips, tears, holes, dings, dents or scratches over six inches.
    • Any significant bends, breaks or other damage to furniture, but item is functional.

    • Any significant bends, breaks or damage to furniture, or anything that affects the functionality of the item.

    Please be aware that furniture is susceptible to damage during transit. We take great care to pack shipments so that they will arrive safely. You may have to provide supplementary packing materials if the outer carton has been damaged during the original trip out to you. If you are returning the item, please ship with a carrier that provides tracking numbers and request insurance to ensure safe return. You are responsible to ensure the item is returned safely to Loll Designs.

    *Loll will not accept returns on custom orders. Contract/trade orders that are purchased at a discount are considered custom orders and cannot be returned unless deemed defective.
