LEED provides building owners and operators with the tools they need to have an immediate and measureable impact on their buildings’ performance.

Project Certification and Loll

LEED certification provides independent, third-party verification that a building project is environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to live and work. Loll Designs benefits clients, commercial and residential, applying for LEED certification by adding credits to their Materials & Resources portion of their credit checklist.  Our recycled post-consumer material exceeds the LEED certification criteria for MR credits 4.1 and 4.2 .  Loll products can provide additional benefit if your project is in regional proximity to our manufacturing facility in Duluth, MN (MR credit 5.1).  These credit checklists apply to: single family homes, residential complexes, hotels and resorts, retail outlets and more seeking LEED certification.
